Terms of Service
- I expect payment upfront before I start working.
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- I do accept refunds up until the sketch has been approved (with the exception of sketch commissions)
- If you're using the piece for something that requires a certain canvas sizes (phone/desktop background, physical prints, pfp, etc.), make sure to inform me beforehand.
- I generally post my commission work (with watermarks) on my art pages/social media, so let me know ahead of time if that doesn't work for you.
- If the are is intended for promotional value and/or merchandise, I am to be informed ahead of time. These are smaller pieces for personal use, and I don't consent for these to be distributed outside of that.
- I have work and outside factors, so be mindful that any piece(s) purchased may take additional time to complete. If there are hard deadlines, let me know of them before I start working.
- Examples/references are greatly appreciated, but not mandatory.

I Won't Draw:
- NFT's
- Proship Content
- Promotional Art/Merchandise
- Slander/Hate Pieces
- Real People (Without clear consent from the subject)
FAQs
Q: Where are we able to post the pieces after its complete?
Anywhere! My only request is that it isn't resold, and that I am properly credited for the artwork in question.
Q: How long does to typically take to get the art?
It can be anywhere from two weeks to a few months depending on the service. Though if a quick piece is what your looking for, I offer sketch pages that can typically be done within 1-2 days.
Q: Can I request to not be named as the commissioner when the artwork is posted?
I typically don't say who's commissioned me for what artwork, but you are more than welcome to request your name be kept out of posting to be safe.
Q: What happens with NSFW requests? Do those get posted?
No, they don't. I don't like to have that, or anything particularly gruesome on my feed, but they do stay in my client portfolio along with any other pieces I make for the sake of job inquiries.
Q: What if I want to commission for merchandise?
I do accept work doing merch/promotional art, but that would be a job inquiry and not a commission. You would have to email me about that directly.
